1. This Court has passed a detailed oral order on 08.07.2025 which reads as follows:- "1. No representation for the petitioner.
2. However, it is reported by the Learned counsel for the respondents that the petitioner has an alternative remedy before the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Allahabad against the order dated 25.05.2018.
3. For giving a fair opportunity to hear the Learned counsel for the
Patna High Court CWJC No.13138 of 2018(3) dt.09-07-2025 2/2 petitioner, as a last indulgence, list on 09.07.2025."
2. The matter was called in the first round before lunch, but there was no representation for the petitioner. It was again taken up in the second round after lunch; even then, there was no representation for the petitioner.
3. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for default and non-prosecution.
