Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Barauni (Garhara) PS Case no.356/18 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 384, 385, 354©, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(A) of the I.T.Act.

As per the FIR the petitioner and other accused persons were alleged to have taken cash from the daughter of the informant and they have also uploaded the objectionable photographs on the social media.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no other materials against petitioner except that he has uploaded the photograph and Section 66A of the I.T. Act

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56076 of 2019(4) dt.05-11-2019 2/2 has been exhausted and considered the same the Hon'ble Coordinate Bench of this Court while considering the prayer for anticipatory bail of other accused persons against whom there is similar allegation has granted privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 4.9.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.55790 of 2019 Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Begusarai in connection with Barauni (Garhara) P.S.Case No.356 of 2018 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
