The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner of killed the deceased and hanged the dead body.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the deceased was married with one Rambali Raut, he was handicapped, but he was residing in her Maika. Once she was sleeping with the petitioner and thereafter due to pressure of the family members, she has committed suicide. The petitioner is in custody since 29.03.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 61170 of 2019(4) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 Charge sheet has been submitted under Section 306 of the Cr. P.C. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-III, Madhubani, in connection with Babubarhi P.S. Case No. 68 of 2019.
