JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI) 31-07-2017 After perusing the affidavit filed today on behalf of the Land Development Bank, the Court is of the opinion that a very fair kind of offer has been made on behalf of the Bank to settle the dispute once and for all. It is left open to the appellant now to decide what he would like to do. If the appellant wants to accept the offer of the Bank made in the today's affidavit, he may do so within a period of three months from today or else the Bank can do what is required to be done in accordance with law to recover its dues.

The Court also appreciates the fairness on the part of the Bank and the counsel in trying to resolve the dispute between the parties.
