Permission is accorded.

This criminal revision, which has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for setting aside the order dated 03.07.2015 passed in Misc. Case No.30 of 2013 by the court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Sitamarhi, is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty granted to the petitioner.
