The petitioner seeks bail in Warisnagar (Mathurapur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 261/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant stated that Awadhesh Kumar was quarrelling with his wife and his father intervened in the quarrel but Awadhesh Kumar and his wife Usha Devi and Ram Pravesh Mahto assaulted his father with fists and slap. Usha Devi assaulted with a piece of brick. The police after investigation submitted charge-sheet under Section 304 of the Indian Penal Code. Cognizance has been taken under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in jail since 13.02.2015. He has already remained in jail for six and half months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38293 of 2015 (2) dt.28-08-2015 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J. V, Samastipur, in connection with Warisnagar (Mathurapur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 261/2015.
