On 19.2.2015, no one was present to press the appeal. On 20.2.2015, when the case was again called out, learned counsel for the appellant was directed to file true copy of his letter of appointment and his service book to show what is the date of birth as disclosed by him at the time of appointment. When the matter again came up on 13.3.2015, no one was present. Today, again no
Patna High Court LPA No.1236 of 2012 (6) dt.17-03-2015 one is present and no affidavit has been filed annexing the documents required by the Court.
In the aforesaid circumstances, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter of revising the date of birth of an employee after forty years of service.
This appeal is accordingly, dismissed.
