2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"(I) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus or any others writ commanding the petitioner has pray for quashed the bearing Land dispute Case No. 108/14-15 of Dismissed of order dated 30.12.2015 passed by the Land -Reforms Upsamaharta Sheikhpura and further pray for removed the Encroached land from private Respondent No.3.

(II) For that the petitioner, she has purchased 2 decimals land from virtue of

Patna High Court CWJC No.16700 of 2016(2) dt.05-08-2025 2/2 Registered gift deed since 25.8.2009 to name of Vendee Late Ramchandra Prasad in respect of Khata No.47, Khesra No. 987 Rakwa 2 decimals. (III) For that the Land Reforms Upsamaharta had passed the malice orders and vague without followed of Genealogical table. Who has made fraud deed upon name to grab the land."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the appropriate authority/competent Court for the redressal of the grievance.

4. Granting said liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
