The petitioners seek bail in Kotwali (Barari) P.S. Case No. 637 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioners figured in the case in the confessional statement of Jangali Sah, but the petitioners were not put on test identification parade. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioners. The petitioners are in jail since 30.10.2016. Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds
