JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 30-07-2018 Keeping in view the fact that no liquor has been seized from the motorcycle in question and only seizer is from a place nearby, we allow the application and modify the order passed on 20.12.2017 in CWJC No.18605 of 2017 to the extent that instead of furnishing bank guarantee equivalent to the valuation of the motorcycle, vehicle be released on petitioner furnishing of two surety bonds to the satisfaction of the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra.
Valuation of the vehicle shall be done as per the valuation shown in the insurance document.
Patna High Court MJC No.2070 of 2018(2) dt.30-07-2018 2/2 With the aforesaid modification, the application stands disposed of.
