The petitioner seeks bail in Chausa (Fulaut O.P.) P.S. Case No. 94 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant named the petitioner along with 16 accused persons and alleged that on the order of the petitioner, Akhilesh Mehta fired which hit on the back of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is order giver. On account of firing made by Akhilesh Mehta, simple injury is caused to the informant. The petitioner is in jail since 13.12.2016.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5719 of 2017 (3) dt.05-05-2017 2/2 petitioner being order giver is in jail for about five months, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Uda Kishunganj, Madhepura in Chausa (Fulaut O.P.) P.S. Case No. 94 of 2015.
