The present criminal revision application has been filed on 15.09.2016. On 16.11.2016 no one appeared and three weeks' time was allowed by J.R.(J) to remove the defect. Vide order dated 06.02.2017 the removal of defect is accepted as valid by this Court. Therefore, this case was taken upon 13.02.2023, counsel for the petitioner prayed for adjournment and case has been adjourned for 27.02.2023. On 27.02.2023 no body appeared for the petitioner on repeated call, thereafter this case was adjourned for 13.03.2023. Today upon repeated call, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner.
