====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 29-04-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhore P.S. Case No. 529 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Section 366-A of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is in custody since 09.06.2022.

The informant alleges that his minor daughter aged about 16 years was kidnapped by Babi Ram with the help of Champa Devi, Sukhdeo Ram, Mamta Devi and Rampati Devi for the purpose of marriage.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the father of Babi Ram and he has been falsely

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Bhore P.S. Case No. 529 of 2021.

Accordingly, the present bail application stands allowed.
