02. 02.09.2015 In the nature of dispute between the parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre and some kind of settlement was worked out.

Be that as it may, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 20.03.2015 is, hereby, confirmed on the same terms in connection with Complaint Case No. 665C of 2013 pending before the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda.

However, a sum of Rs. 750/- shall be increased to Rs. 1,000/- per month to be paid in favour of the Complainant by the Petitioner.
