2. This writ application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ, order, directing the respondents particularly respondent no. 2 & 3 to this petition to dispose of the application dated 25.06.2015 filed before the District

Patna High Court CWJC No.12575 of 2015 dt.03-04-2025 2/3 Magistrate, Bhojpur respondent no.2 which was referred to the Sub Divisional Officer, Jagdishpur respondent no. 3, which itself appears from the receipt vide complain No. 1468 dated 25.06.2015. And direction may also be given to respondent nos. 2 to 4 tο take action against respondent no.5 who has forcibly captured their own raiyari land and made a Kachcha road on his own benefit without giving amount of compensation and also to get free those land from the hand of respondent No.5.

3. Learned counsel for the State, on instruction, submits that vide order dated 01.08.2017, the Court has granted status quo over the land in question.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that due to this reason the representation of the petitioner dated 25.06.2015 is still pending for consideration before the competent respondent i.e. the District Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara.

5. The present writ application stands disposed of with direction to dispose of the representation of the petitioners dated 25.06.2015 which is still pending before respondent No.2 and respondent No.2 has referred the matter before the respondent No.3 and the authority is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioners after hearing all concerned
