JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 18-01-2023 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that she has instruction that the petitioner is willing and agreeable to make payment of Rs. 18 lakhs forming the substance of allegation between the parties. However, she submits that keeping in view the amount, she has been requested to pray for six months' time for discharging the admitted liability.

In view of such submission, learned counsel for the informant has no objection to continuance of the petitioner on provisional bail. Considering the rival submissions, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 19.05.2022 is continued for the further period of six (06) months ending on 17.07.2023. Parties shall file a joint petition indicating amicable settlement within a period of six months i.e. by 17.07.2023, before the trial court, failing which, the court below would be at liberty to pass
