The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that concerned motorcycle was purchased by his father from one Heralal Paswan on the condition that all the papers of transfer would be given to him within three months. Petitioner has claimed that he does not have any criminal antecedents.

Having regards to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, namely, Jitendra Sahani is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44285 of 2014 (2) dt.04-02-2015 2/2 satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali in Patepur P.S. Case No. 112/2014, with a further condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner must be a close relative or family member of the petitioner who shall file affidavit before the concerned court giving complete genealogy to show his / her relationship with him.

If the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found involved in similar nature of cases then the concerned court would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds. (Dr. Ravi Ranjan, J) Spd/- U T
