The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 30 of Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation against the petitioner is that 120 litres of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 27.11.2016. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. It is alleged that 120 litres of country made wine is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. There is no compliance of section
