It happens to be a case of child labour and on account of thereof, father of one of victims Dilip Kumar has instituted this case after so many months even having conversion with his son. The appellant happens to be under custody since 7.12.2016.
Consequent thereupon, the appellant Nirala Shekh @ Nirale Shekh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Benipatti, Madhubani, in Bisfi (Patauna) P.S. Case No. 5/2015 after setting aside the order dated 23.01.2017 passed by 1st Additional
Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.738 of 2017 (3) dt.19-04-2017 2/2 Sessions Judge, Madhubani, in Bisfi (Patauna) P.S. Case No. 5/15. Consequent thereupon, the appeal is allowed.
