2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 10-03-2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28418 of 2021 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 314 of 2020.

3. Considering the reasons and the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the order dated 1003-2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28418 of 2021 is modified to the extent that the period of surrender of the petitioner in the court below is extended for a further period of four weeks from today subject to the condition that the petitioner will deposit a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67644 of 2024(2) dt.17-09-2024 2/2 sum of Rs. 10,000/- in the District Legal Services Authority.

4. The rest of the conditions shall remain the same as mentioned in the order dated 10-03-2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28418 of 2021.

5. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
