JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 20-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State as also learned counsel for the informant. Petitioner in the present case is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 610C of 2018 in which cognizance has been taken for the offences punishable under Section 498 (A) of the Indian Penal Code. It is the case of the petitioner that he is ready and willing to keep his wife with full dignity, love and care and is also ready and willing to accept any other condition for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 submits that the opposite party no. 2 is willing to live with the petitioner

In the aforesaid view of the matter, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, let the petitioner abovenamed be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Complaint Case No. 610C of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. i.e.
(i) a condition that the person shall make himself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required;
(ii) a condition that the person shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer; (iii) a condition that the person shall not leave India without the previous permission of the Court. And, further condition that the petitioner shall while filing the bail bond in the court below inform at least 3 days prior to that to the opposite party no. 2 to remain present in court from where the petitioner shall take opposite party no. 2 to his matrimonial home where he will keep her with full dignity and
