12-07-2017 Heard Sri Rakesh Chandra, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.C. to Standing Counsel - 23. The present petition has been filed with a prayer to initiate contempt proceeding against opposite parties on an allegation of willful disobedience to an order dated 03-11-2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 13682 of 2015. By the said order, this Court has not issued any direction, considering the fact that the proposed sale-deed was in relation to Gair-Majarua land and this Court had only observed that appropriate decision must be taken by the concerned authority.

In this case, show cause has been filed on behalf of

Patna High Court MJC No.3264 of 2016 (5) dt.12-07-2017 2/2 opposite party no. 1 to 3 and it has been indicated that registration has been disallowed and said information has already been communicated to the petitioner, vide Annexure - A series to the show cause.

Considering the fact stated in the show cause, the Court is of the opinion that there is no reason to further proceed with the matter.

The petition stands disposed of.
