Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Lakhisarai Kabaiya P.S. Case No. 438 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 504, 354A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. There is nothing specific alleged against these petitioners, rather the specific allegation is against co-

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Kabaiya Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 438 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
