Following reliefs have been sought for in the present writ application on behalf of the petitioner: "For issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions in the nature of certiorari by setting aside the order dated 11-03-2017 vide Memo No. 609 issued by the office of the District Education Officer, Munger through the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Munger by which the services of the petitioner has been

Patna High Court CWJC No.12709 of 2018 (2) dt.16-08-2018 terminated and be further directed to reinstate on the post of Panchayat Teacher and to pay all the consequential benefit (arrear of salary) from the date of termination with interest to the petitioner and any other relief/reliefs as your Lordhip may deem fit and proper.

Heard the parties.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to prefer a statutory appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Munger within a period of thirty days from the date of order and the same shall be disposed of by the District Appellate Authority, Munger within the statutory period, in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
