2. The petitioner is praying for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The case of the prosecution is that from possession of this petitioner, one country made pistol and two live cartridges of .315 bore was recovered.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is having seven criminal antecedents and he is on bail in all the cases.
5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, as well as, the period of custody of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail with a condition that he shall not indulge in similar nature of cases and that he shall co-operate in the trial. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Baliya P.S. Case No.173 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Begusarai.
7. Accordingly, the present bail application stands allowed.
