The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/149/323/354B/379/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dayan Act.

Civil Suit is going on between the parties. Allegation is of assault, theft and outraged the modesty on the allegation that the informant is a witch.
