Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and allegation is that the F.I.R. named accused produced a fake school certificate showing fictitious date of birth to get benefit of the provisions of Juvenile Justice Act. During investigation, it revealed that the petitioner had also obtained identical certificate. Petitioner is in custody since 18.03.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
