The petitioner seeks bail in Patahi P.S. Case No. 139 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have inflicted Dabia blow on the head of Ramjas Sah (younger brother-in-law of the informant) causing cut injury. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that as per the FIR two persons are alleged to have inflicted Dabia blow, but only one injury has been found by the doctor on the person of Ramjas Sah. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 01.09.2021.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on
