The mother of the petitioner died in harness on 2.5.2019 while working as Assistant Teacher. The petitioner applied for compassionate appointment and thereafter he approached this Court by filing the present writ petition for a direction to the respondents to take appropriate decision with regard to the compassionate appointment of the petitioner.
