JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH) 18-11-2025 The present writ petition has been filed against the order dated 25.07.2024 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Patna Bench, Patna (hereinafter referred to as the 'Tribunal') in OA No. 050/00497/2021, whereby and whereunder the learned Tribunal has refrained from interfering with the impugned orders dated 13.11.2020 and 18.11.2020 by which the petitioner has been put-off-duty.

At the outset, the learned Additional Solicitor General for the Union of India, Sri Krishnandan Singh, instructed by Sri Jawed Gaffar Khan submits that the departmental proceeding in question pending qua the petitioner herein shall be completed within a period of three months from today, failing

Patna High Court CWJC No.14550 of 2025(3) dt.18-11-2025 2/2 which the order of put-off-duty dated 13.11.2020 and 18.11.2020 shall stand annulled. The learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner, Sri Rajiv Kumar Verma has got no objection to the said proposal put forth by the learned A.S.G.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and with the express agreement of the learned senior counsels for the parties, as aforesaid, we deem it fit and proper to direct that the departmental proceeding in question initiated against the petitioner herein shall be concluded by the disciplinary authority within a period of three months from today positively, failing which the aforesaid order dated 13.11.2020 and 18.11.2020 shall stand annulled and the petitioner shall be released from the order of put-off-duty as also would be permitted to join her duties. It is needless to state that the petitioner shall cooperate in the ongoing departmental proceeding and would not take any unnecessary adjournment without any reasonable cause.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stand disposed of on the aforesaid terms, with the express agreement of the parties.
