This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 272, 273 and 290 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(a), 53 and 54 of the Bihar Excise Act. From behind the house of this petitioner, country made liquor was recovered. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and the recovery was not from conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 27.08.2016. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 97 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihar, East Champaran, or successor

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12933 of 2017 (2) dt.22-03-2017 2/2 Court with the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
