JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.
The petitioners are co-villager of the husband of the informant and accused in connection with Simultalla P.S. Case No.3 of 2013 registered under Sections 143/498A /504 /448/ 307/ 326/ 329 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is that husband of the informant had illicit relation with some other lady; hence, the informant committed suicide.
Submission is that petitioners are co-villagers of the husband of the informant. Other co-accused have been acquitted in Sessions Trial No.396 of 2013 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-III,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16418 of 2017 (2) dt.10-04-2017 2/2 Jamui.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Jamui, in connection with S.T. No. 396A of 2013, arising out of Simultalla P.S. Case No. 3 of 2013, with condition that petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioners in this case.
