Petitioner claims family pension who is widow of Late Vimla Singh, employee in the Police Department who died on 08.07.2017. An affidavit as contained in Annexure-4 has been filed by the petitioner before the respondent no.4, the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur at Ara, but the family pension is not being granted.

Considering the nature of prayer made by the petitioner this writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation along with an affidavit regarding her claim which will be disposed of by the respondent no.4, the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur at Ara, within three
