Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mainatand P.S. Case No.22 of 2022 registered under Sections 376, 323, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 16 of POCSO Act as well as Section 67(b) of the I.T. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. It is submitted that after due investigation, the police submitted final form finding a lack of evidence/material against the petitioners as is evident from Annexure 2 to the instant petition.

No.61367 of 2022(2) dt.11-04-2023 2/2 Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds to the satisfaction of Additional District and Sessions Judge VII-cum-Special Judge (POCSO), Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Mainatand P.S. Case No.22 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
