JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER --------- 07-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No.166 of 2016 registered under Sections 120(B), 201 and 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the deceased, the daughter of the informant, by her husband and other in-laws due to non fulfillment of the dowry demand and disposing of her dead body. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that, in fact, the petitioner is the cousin brother-in-law of the deceased, the daughter of the informant, and he used to reside separate with the husband of the deceased, the daughter of the

The petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 28.10.2016. Further submission is that the husband of the deceased, the daughter of the informant, is already in custody.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No.166 of 2016.
