A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna.

Petitioner's husband retired from the post of Field Assistant from the office of the District Agriculture Department, Samastipur on 31.01.1993 and challenges the order passed by Memo No. 9544 dated 21.08.1993 passed by the Respondent No. 4 on account of non passing of hindi noting drafting examination the representation of the petitioner's husband for exemption from passing hindi noting and drafting examination, was rejected.

Patna High Court CWJC No.12948 of 2018(2) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 The husband of the petitioner retired in the year, 1993 and he did not challenge the Memo No. 9544 dated 21.08.1993 at any point of time as no averment or challenge has been made in the present writ application. After the death of late employee, the wife of the petitioner is seeking quashing of the letter dated 9544 dated 21.08.1993, which is a belated claim and not maintainable.
