Pursuant to the order dated 18.12.2019, the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna City has transmitted the original injury report of the injured Nokh Lal Singh dated 26.02.2019 to this Court. On perusal of the same, it would be evident that the injured Nokh Lal Singh had sustained fire arm injury. The allegation of causing injury by opening fire is confined against the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. The application for grant of prearrest bail is rejected. Registry is directed to send back the original injury report along with forwarding letter dated 26.12.2019 of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59896 of 2019(5) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 Superintendent, Nalanda Medical College Hospital, Patna to the court below after retaining a xerox copy of the same on the record.
