Taking into consideration the nature of the allegation as well recovery made from conscious possession of the petitioner, again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Session trial no. 420 of 2015/ 52 of 2016 arising out of Chainpur P.S. Case no. 191/2015 pending in the court of Addl. Sessions Judge II, Kaimur at Bhabua stands rejected.
