In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.488 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498 (A), 323, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the co-accused including the petitioner is to have sprinkled kerosene oil on the body of deceased and set on fire, as a result of which, she died. The petitioner is the husband of deceased.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. (Shivaji Pandey, J) V.K.Pandey/- U T
