This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Country made loaded pistol was allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioners, Ajay Singh @ Guddu Baba @ Rohit @ Pintu as well as Pankaj Kumar Pal. Petitioner, Aditya Tiwari, allegedly fled away. There is statement of criminal antecedent against the petitioners in paragraph 3 of the petition. Considering the nature of allegation and the

No.10929 of 2017 (5) dt.15-05-2017 criminal antecedent, let the petitioners 1 and 2, namely, Ajay Singh @ Guddu Baba @ Pintu @ Rohit and Pankaj Pal @ Munna Pal @ Pankaj Kumar Pal, be released on bail, on completion of one year of custody, and petitioner no. 3, Aditya Tiwari, be released on bail at once, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 123 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, or successor Court.
