After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has made a prayer that petitioner should be allowed to approach before the Director General of Police, Patna for raising his grievance. If such an application is filed, the Director General Police, Patna will be obliged to consider the case of the petitioner and will take a decision in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
