Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Khagaria P.S.Case No.232 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, while the dance programme was going on in the marriage, the petitioner no1 assaulted by fists and slaps, petitioner no.2 assaulted by bamboo cane and the petitioner nos. 3 and 4 assaulted by rod.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64723 of 2019(2) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 that there is delay of seven day in lodging the FIR and up till now no injury report has been brought on the record. Heard learned A.P.P. , who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that impugned order shows that the informant is still under treatment. .

Having heard both sides. So far petitioner no.1 and 2, above named , are concerned, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria P.S.Case No.232 of 2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. So far petitioner nos. 3 and 4, above named, are concerned, they are directed to surrender before the learned court below and pray for regular bail.

With the above direction, this application is disposed of .
