BAJANTHRI) 18-09-2024 Learned counsel for Respondent No. 10 on instruction submitted that earlier order has been complied insofar as filing affidavit on behalf of corpus by her father.

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1791 of 2024(5) dt.18-09-2024 2/3 Taking note of the same, the present Cr.W.J.C. No. 1791 of 2024 stands disposed of.

2. Corpus and parents are present in the Chamber proceedings.

3. One of us posed a question to the corpus as to whether is she willing to join her parents or not? She has expressed that she is not willing to join her parents. Resultantly, State counsel is requested to take necessary steps to keep the girl in a good Observation Home till she attains majority or any disputed issues relating to age is settled to the extent that she is major on a particular date. From that date onwards, she will be relieved from the Observation Home while completing necessary formalities.

4. At this stage, learned counsel for the State on instructions submitted that in identical circumstances when a corpus who is minor is residing with her parents and for the first time, she is required to be taken to Observation Home in that event this Court has to make arrangement in handing over the corpus to female members of the police security of this court. Thereafter, all formalities should be completed in handing over the corpus-minor to Nishant
