The petitioner wants to renew his prayer of bail, which was earlier rejected vide order dated 18.05.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14768 of 2016, on the ground that the petitioner is suffering in custody since 29.01.2016, he is the dewar having no concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband, against the petitioner there is no specific allegation and as such the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration. The husband is already in custody.
Learned APP opposes the prayer of bail by submitting that against the petitioner also there is specific allegation for demanding cash and for abusing and assaulting and further the petitioner has confessed his guilt before the informant. In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding no
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3600 of 2017 (2) dt.15-02-2017 good ground for reconsideration of prayer for bail of the petitioner, again his prayer for bail stands rejected. However, considering the period of custody of the petitioner, let the trial be expedited and concluded as early as possible, preferably within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order (Jitendra Mohan Sharma, J) avin/- U T
