The petitioner had appeared for Intermediate examination (Science), 2018 held by Bihar School Examination Board, he has been declared fail.
This application has been filed seeking direction to the Board to produce the answer sheets of the petitioner for the purpose of revaluation. It is the case of the petitioner that his answer sheets have been under evaluated. It is admitted fact that despite chance given by the Board, the petitioner did not apply even for scrutiny of his answer book.
In such circumstance, the relief sought for in the
Patna High Court CWJC No.12983 of 2018 dt.11-07-2018 2/2 present writ application cannot be entertained. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
