2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Kotwali Gaya P.S. Case No. 214 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, when the informant came at the house of his relative to attend Tilak ceremony, his motorcycle which was parked near the house of one Ranjan Kumar, was stolen. When he asked about this to the said Ranjan Kumar, he suspected one, Bobi Kumar (petitioner) of the same locality. He called the petitioner who confessed that he would arrange to return the said motorcycle. He talked to someone on phone and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64168 of 2024(2) dt.19-09-2024 2/2 asked him to come back with the stolen motorcycle. Thereafter, the boy whose name was Om Prakash came with the said motorcycle and gave the motorcycle, thereafter, he fled away.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner has two criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 24.04.2024.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, is directed to furnish bail bond after four months from today and on doing so, the court below shall release the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gaya in connection with Kotwali Gaya P.S. Case No. 214 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
