2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 126(2)/115(2)/109/3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per F.I.R., specific accusation of causing firearm injury is against co-accused Annu. So far as this petitioner is concerned, it is alleged that this petitioner fired indiscriminately but no injury was caused to anyone. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts & circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59214 of 2025(4) dt.16-09-2025 2/2 within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, in connection with LNMU (University) P.S.
