The petitioner is accused in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 304 of 2016, registered under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
The accusation is of recovery of one loaded country made pistol recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent is in custody since 10.08.2016.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten
