The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that four unknown miscreants on point of pistol snatched key of scooty, slapped him and took away cash from his pocket and bag.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 18.05.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. His name has come on confessional statement of co-accused. Petitioner has not been put on T.I.P. Rs.9000/- has been recovered from the petitioner. Same has not

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58647 of 2019(3) dt.16-11-2019 2/2 been put on T.I.P. to ascertain whether the same is looted property or not. Petitioner claims that the recovered amount belongs to him.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S. case No.170 of 2019.
