JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-10-2015 Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 504, 379 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that informant was assaulted in public road and abused by calling caste name. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that both sides are neighbours and due to the patty dispute the accusation has been levelled.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 357 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
